Our Fees

For online orders we charge 10% of the total cost excluding delivery costs. A minimum fee of £35 per order applies. For offline services such as shop visits and other errands, we charge an hourly rate of £25 excluding any delivery costs.

We recognised a gap in the market for a truly unique simple errands experience for people in Africa within the comfort of their home. We are a small family run business so you can be rest assured that we will treat your order as if it’s ours.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help Africans run their daily errands across the United Kingdom while they sit back in the comfort of their homes. We aim to take away the hassle of liaising, shopping and shipping.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require payment upfront for purchases. We require an initial minimum payment of £50 for our offline services. The balance must be paid in full before completion of any service. Any balance due to the client for unspent time will be refunded to the client on completion.
It is the client’s responsibility to pay for all delivery associated costs. ATM Errands will not retain any goods purchased for a client for any longer than 72 hours. Goods held for longer than 72 hours will be returned to the supplier.
The client will receive a refund excluding costs incurred by ATM  Errands in providing its services. 
ATM Errands is not liable for damage to goods caused by the supplier of goods or the courier service in the course of delivery. In the event of returns whether purchased or delivered goods, our fees are non-refundable.
